Each month we aim to offer you a handy hint for the kitchen- just to make life that little bit easier!!

March´s handy hint is…….. Everyone has egg´s for breakfast once in a while, our top chef at Bianco´s Marcello recommends…..`When making an omelet add one tablespoon of warm water to an egg before whisking it. The omelet will turn out fluffier and larger!´

Recipe of the Month!

Our first Recipe of the month is a Thai Green Chicken Curry.

One of our most popular dishes in Thai Botanico, we serve this dish as a medium hot strength creamy curry made with coconut milk, crunchy flash fried runner beans, tomato & bamboo.

If your looking to make a tasty yet easy version at home here´s how………


1 1b Skinless boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch cubes)

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsps cooking oil

2 tbsps green curry paste

2 green onions (with tops chopped)

3 cloves of garlic (peeled & chopped)

1 tbs peeled fresh ginger ( finely chopped)

2 cups coconut milk

2 tbsps white sugar

Cilantro leaves (garnish)


Toss the chicken first in 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, then the flour, coating pieces evenly. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the chicken in the skillet, cook and stir chicken until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove Chicken.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in curry paste. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then stir in green onions, garlic, and ginger, cook for an additional 2 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the curry mixture. Stir the coconut milk, fish sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and sugar into the chicken-curry mixture. Allow to simmer over a medium heat for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender. Serve garnished with Cilantro leaves and white rice.

Cocktail Of The Month!!

Our very first Cocktail of the month, chosen by Head Barman at Bianco Safari Centre is a BASILED ROSE!!

One of our bestsellers, don´t let this Recipe pass you by!!


5 fresh strawberry´s

8 basil leaves

25ml Vodka

25ml Gran Marnier (you can use triple sec instead)

25ml Blackberry Liquor

30ml Cranberry juice


Muddle (mash) the strawberry´s and basill leaves into the bottom of a glass.

Add the Vodka, Gran Marnier, Blackberry liquor & Cranberry Juice.

Shake up with ice then strain into a chilled Martini Glass

Garnish with a basil leaf & a dust of black pepper.

Grab your friends, sit back and enjoy!!

The Re-Launch of Teppanyaki Restaurant, know known as IMPERIAL TAI-PAN!!

It´s been a busy time here at Venture Restaurants of late. The re-launch of our Teppanyaki Restaurant into the Imperial Tai-Pan has been a massive success!!

We wanted to re-establish ourselves as the stand-out gourmet Chinese, Sushi and Teppanyaki Restaurant in Tenerife. We went back to our roots and researched our ingredients and recipes to bring to you a whole new menu designed to offer a higher, more intense quality and flavor.

With over 70 new dishes to choose from we offer a wide selection of meats, fish and vegetables. Our Teppanyaki set banquets are carefully designed to be light, healthy and delicious. Cooked in front of you on our Teppanyaki table each course will delight and entertain. Not forgetting our extensive Imperial Sushi menu filled with our very own chefs signature sushi.

Braised Lobster in our house Armagnac, yellow bean sauce & fried garlic. Fillet Steak in a red wine & black pepper pekin reduction.
