Mature white cheddar and Ale soup made with speckled hen beer, served with cheesy croutons and finished with a malt extract vinaigrette.

Smoked Hake and beetroot Carpaccio

Home smoked hake flakes on a bed of sliced beetroot carpaccio dressed with a dill and red orange vinaigrette and finished with a green pea puree

Mushroom and Chestnut Cranberry Tartlet (Must be pre-ordered)

Filo pastry tart of Mushroom and chestnut in a light vegan cashew nut cream, served with a cranberry chutney.

Or, for the Little Ones...

A delicious mix of bite sized ham & cheese croquettes.

Main Course... 

Herb Crusted 28 Day Aged Sirloin of Roast Beef

We brush this very special 28 day-aged prime sirloin with English mustard then roll in a herb crust and serve pink.  This dish is accompanied with a rich red wine gravy and served alongside honey roasted parsnips & carrots, brussels sprouts with bacon, roast potatoes, chive mashed potato, Yorkshire pudding & exclusive Lagarto stuffing

 Roast Turkey with Lagarto Stuffing

We generously spread a herb infused olive oil over succulent turkey crown before roasting. Served with a spiced cranberry jelly & creamy bread sauce and accompanied with honey roasted parsnips & carrots, brussels sprouts with bacon, roast potatoes, chive mashed potato, Yorkshire pudding & exclusive Lagarto stuffing
